I still cant understand how the hell did the linesman give a freekick to Italy when Chiellini clearly fouled Alan Hutton on the right side of Scotland's goal by barging into him ?? That freekick gave Italy the winner.

The refereeing was absolutely disgraceful and numerous decisions were given against both sides - Italy not being awarded a goal which wasnt offside, Scotland's equaliser which was offside but not given, Panucci's hand ball in the box that should have been a Scotland penalty, and of course the mother of all freekick decisions that led to Italy's winner.

McFadden could have scored the winner had he connected properly with Kenny Miller's cross, as the Scots were really troubling the Italian defence in the last 10-15 minutes. But I am definite that the Scots will be proud of themselves giving their all and getting some great results on the board. They played with passion and heart, and its just sad they couldnt get the final push done. But well done to them
