France got lucky by the ref to go ahead 1-0 by a fake diving penalty, then they got lucky AGAIN cuz the ref called Toni's goal offside when it wasn't.

Children please. Italy was playing with A LOT of calmness and class. Scotland was fighting their way and using violence more than football to win the game. Scotland were were outclassed which is why they played rough, but Italy didn't fight back they simply played their game and with a calm confident attitude won the game, the attitude world champs have.

At least we don't have to hear any more annoying Scottish commentators rambling on about McFadden.

Its less to do with Italian team and their player attributes, and more to do with the behaviour of their players. I wouldnt say Scotland were being brutes and playing rough, they were trying hard and of course the odd roll on the grass and time wasting done by the Italian players really doesnt impress all.

But perhaps the main debacle of this game, was the horrible refereeing

the only good things about Italy are

-their women
-i like their pasta food
-i appreciate their invention of the pizza although iranians perfected it(best pizza you can get is in iran, im not kidding /atleast in shiraz/ duno about tehran)
-i respect their league
-and ya some of their people are nice
