The only thing that was good about Chelsea, and now he's gone so they are just complete balls:P

He is the best, gotta love him.

The Dutchman, who died in 2005, was named coach of the century by FIFA in 1999. For once, that organisation knew what it was doing. The originator of Total Football, Michels won the European Cup with Ajax, the Spanish league with Barcelona and Euro 88 with Holland. He should also have won the 1974 World Cup. What's more, you would have paid Wembley prices to watch his teams.

mourinho was more of a personal choice, because I like the way he is with all the funny stuff he says

I think Mourinho and Capello are the best. I'm surprised that no one said Capello

Ok Mourinho is good, won the CL with Porto and the EPL with Chelsea, but seriously, it was harder not to win the league with all those stars than winning it

Yeah I know it's hard to control all those big ego's n sh!t, but Rinus Michels introduced a whole new football mentality; the Total Football, he basically introced the world to the 4-3-3 system as we've seen Ajax and Holland (and basically all Dutch clubs) play over the decades.

He was a true General and definately the best coach ever. Hiddink is a top 3 canditate too; Mourinho belongs somewhere in the top 10, definately no top 5!
