^^^ no way...really?? i remember he was trying to come back to the NBA a couple of months ago...

he's still in great shape but he's like 42

but yea there is no way bulls could've won championships without this man. People hated on him when he was playing but now that he's gone and they look back, they see his significance.

Great player but in my mind i will always remember him for pulling himself out of that playoff game after phil jackson designed the play so Toni Kukoc (sp?) had the last shot. THat was extremly stupid move by a usually smart player.

wow, back in the days when NBA was worth watching...!
                            ...
w/o Jordan's teachings on how to play the game with intelligence, passion and wit ....scotty would have never reached the greatness level...! he would have been yet another above average player, had he not teamed up with simply the greatest athlete of the century..!

You are giving MJ too much credit. He was a great player but the pipen was good because he had the talent and desire to paly the game and he also had phil jackson. Lamar odom doesnt ahve the talent pipen had adn he doesnt ahve the brain pip had.

MJ was surrounded by the most perfect supporting cast.
