my excuses are not lame. they are legitimate and true. when my team loses i say the excuses, and in the rare case when there are no excuses for the loss, i give my full congratulations to the winning team.
also for the two years i've been here i've never seen you say a real madrid loss was deserved, not even once

You think its easy to play defensively for 90 minutes?? its not, there's a lot of pressure the players deal with and the team has to stay organized and compact to avoid the opposing team any space for chances. you can't really say there is nothing to it.

you do not need depth to make this tactic work. you need 11 footballers who know how to close angles and how to defend. malaysia DID get a good result against iran WHICH is what im trying to prove... it is easy to put 11 on defense and get a good result no matter which team it is. which is why it is a cheap tactic.

When a team is playing with 11 behind the ball it is vital to finish your clear cut chances against them. Unlucky I suppose. As for my personal playing experience against these tactics, its definitely frustrating but all it takes is patience and often an individual moment of brilliance to create chances. Mixing up your attack is important too, making yourself unpredictable causing the defence to step out.
