Well the only reason Ferguson and Wenger have been with their clubs for 10 years + is coz they have had a lot of success and every season they have good success by making CL and so on. But Chelsea made CL and they still didn't win a trophy last season, it's why Grant got sacked.

Actually he only got sacked coz he didn't agree with some of the transfers Abramovich made him do (Shevchenko and Ballack). He also got sacked coz he didn't wanna sign Ronaldinho and Abramovich didn't accept that.

Thats where the shit owner comes in. Yes he has invested money into the club, but the coaches have to agree with his all the time. And Grant should have stayed as the coach. Who cares they didn't win a trophy last season, but they made the CL final and came 2nd in the league. That's good enough, only Man Utd were better
