^theres no law against what they done, and the only thing is precedent where Lyon players just got fined 10k and 15k, so they should do the same.

i know tevez is more suited to la liga. i like him too, he's such a hardworker forward.
in these days you can't find many forward that press the ball, helping on defense and etc...
but the problem is that when higuain back who will accept to sit on the bench ?
you know mourinho, he will not use 2 striker on the same time.

Carvalho and Gago edge closer to Real Madrid exit after missing training - report
The Portuguese defender and the Argentine midfielder have been deemed surplus to requirements at the Santiago Bernabeu, and they look set to leave the club sooner than later
Ricardo Carvalho and Fernando Gago are both believed to be close to leaving Real Madrid after missing the club's training session on Monday.
The duo are not part of coach Jose Mourinho's plans for the new season and have been given permission to discuss their future with any interested clubs, according to AS.
Carvalho, 34, signed for Los Blancos in 2010 after previously working with Mourinho at Porto and Chelsea, but endured a frustrating 2011-12 season as he made just 13 competitive appearances.
As for Gago, the Argentine midfielder returned to the Spanish champions at the end of the season following a loan spell at Roma as the new Giallorossi coach Zdenek Zeman decided against signing the 26-year-old.
Kaka, Angel Di Maria and Gonzalo Higuain were among the 22 players who took part in the morning session.
Madrid's first Primera Division match of the new season is scheduled for August 18, against Valencia.

Los Blancos begin title defence with tricky home tie
After finally breaking Barcelona's stranglehold on La Liga, Jose Mourinho's men now face the challenge of defending their domestic crown while chasing a historic 10th European Cup
Real Madrid defender Pepe has recovered from an ankle sprain picked up while on international duty for Portugal and will be ready to face Valencia in Sunday's curtain raiser at the Santiago Bernabeu.
The Liga champions, who have been uncharacteristically quiet so far in the summer transfer window, are expected to conclude a deal for Tottenham Hotspur playmaker Luka Modric soon, although the Croat is extremely unlikely to be involved in the opener.
Striker Gonzalo Higuain will be fit despite picking up a nasty blow to the head during Argentina's friendly win over Germany.
Valencia boss Mauricio Pellegrino is set to hand competitive debuts to summer arrivals Joao Pereira, Fernando Gago and Andres Guardado, while new loan signing Nelson Valdez could also feature.
Goalkeeper Vicente Guaita (thigh) and midfielder Ever Banega (ankle) are both out. Roberto Soldado is a minor doubt with a hamstring problem.sigpic
