I know man wrong Ronaldo. Personally if I were a coach I woudl send a sub as a "GOON" to take C Ronaldo out of commission.

its really a shame to see injuries stop the best striker of our generation.
heres a look back at his amazing career.
                            summary:

                            his best goal:

                            all world cup goals:

                            best performances:
                            hat trick against manchester united:

                            brazil vs barcelona:

                            hat trick against argentina:

goodbye to the phenomenon. my favourite player of all time. no one can replace him.

The patellar tendon runs from the bottom of the femur (thighbone), across the kneecap and attaches to the top of the tibia (shinbone). It secures the kneecap in place and gives range of motion to the lower half of the leg. A rupture of the patellar tendon severs the tendon, generally just below the knee, causing the kneecap to retract up towards the thigh and making movement of the lower leg impossible - it can't be either bent or lifted. Surgery is required to rebuild the tendon, sometimes using metal wires. And no, I'm not a doctor, I've had this injury 5 times myself (don't ask!) so I really do sympathise with the guy.
