Nice, Esfahan has the best handball players in iran, that's probably why it's held in there, also sepahan's handball team is first in the table.

I remember Esfahan had a lot of good handball stadiums, hope iran will win it.

            Iran wins 36-28

the absolute Asian power for the past 3-4 years has been Kuwait...Qatar and Korea are the other stronger sides...

let's see if Iran can take full advantage of being the host nation.. our boys need lots of help from our Esfooni fans..

            let's go Iran..

Pictures of the game against China. Good to see that women can go to these games.
As you can see many people attend these handball games in Esfahan Nesfe jahan.

Lebanon are the weakest in the competition and it was clearly evident yesterday.

Iran lossed today narrowly to Bahrain 32-33, Bahrain won at the very last moment.

Unlucky boys, but were still looking likely to qualify to the next round.

I read some of the details regarding the competition, and I found out that the Olympic qualifers have already been played (but there were some difficulties regarding the final game).

This tournament works as a qualifier to the World Cup. So if Iran wins, we will be directly qualified for the next Handball World cup! (for the first time ever, I think)
