I still think all this taylor bashing is slightly unfair. If you watch replays, he's visibly shaken and shocked by what happened, and if you know taylor's playing history, you will know that he is one of the least malicious players out there. Come on guys, that was anything but a purposeful foul, it just so happens that eduardo had too much pace for taylor, and taylor's tackle was just too late.

I've said it before and i'll say it again - we're only this disgusted with the tackle because of its consequences: i have seen many worse tackles than this, just without th ebad consequences.

No one is saying he isnt upset by what he did. Its the moment that he made his decision to tackle like that that is what is upsetting everyone.

Even most murderers would show some remorse after murdering someone.

I personally am disgusted by this tackle cause his tackle was no where near the ball and it was WAY too high to have even gotten the ball. You claim its only cause of the severity of what happened that we are upset, but you fail to understand that it was his rash tackle that caused it. I have also seen worse tackles, but not with the force of tackle and complete stupidity of judgement.

the result of such a tackle will break the leg 9/10 times and this needs to be stopped.

When Cisse broke his leg it was just unlucky cause he turned into the guys foot, however this was a POOR tackle that needs to be punished. To prevent it from happening in the future.

you cant blame taylor completely. In todays game people go into tackles like that all the time. eduardo was unlucky. If taylor got the ball people would have praised a good tackle. however, the point is his studs were showing and his foot was high. not only that, sometimes strikers will go in studs up just to protect themselves from people tackling with studs up. this makes a cycle of dirty challenges. its a miracle this shit doesnt happen every week.

clearly either photoshopped or a misunderstanding or misinterpreted. Taylor was visibly upset after realising what happened.
