heres one for the fans, there are TONS of great behind the scenes pics here and many of them are really funny
you can just tell how the players love fener, its like a family http://www.xtratime.org/forum/showthread.php?t=187175
holy crap man, i'm missing Turkey's snow, its "baklavas" and it's -20 degrees weather
^they always field almost or all turks in champs league, thats why i love them and want them to win, they put there countries players in to shine.
That is certainly not true. Edu, Lugano, R.Carlos, Kezman, Deivid, and Alex all play in the starting line-up for Fener, and they are not Turkish (I might even have missed some). Mehmet Aurelio is a neutralized Brazilian that also plays in the starting line-up.
If you look at Besiktas and Galatasaray, they have mostly Turkish players in their starting line-ups, in contrast to Fener.
With that said, I prefer Fener over both Besiktas and Galatasaray. Go Fenerbahce!
Edit: Where is Appiah? Is he injured? I haven't heard anything about him in a very long time.
and Fener's once in a lifetime overachieving season comes to a timid, suffocated and expected end.
Next year they'll be back doing what they, and the rest of Europe, always do - finishing bottom of their CL groups or just making the UEFA Cup for a few games before getting knocked out there as well.
