wtf if spain goes to quarterfinals they will meet italy or france or holland and one of these teams will get eliminated while portugal and germany will play teams like swiss and turkey and poland. there needs to be a new way of determining groups.

born and raised in the US, i hav seen soccer grow here and w/ that is the amount it is being shown has increased greatly so much in the past 15yrs... so when i heard that euro is gonna be on ESPN, damn, i was in shock, i cant believe it! FINALLY!

I think holland and czech (utter garbage) will perform miserably at the tournament...the czechs are highly ranked for their successful years in 04-05 where they went a bunch of games undefeated..but they lack substance everywhere (besides the GK and several defenders...rosicky is out of euro!!)...i think turkey is more threatening than they are

not really, i actually wouldnt be suprised if romania made it through...its just holland struggled big time in the qualifiers (only 15 goals scored) and didnt even look too great in their last friendly v.s. Austria..

Spain definitely have a shot this time. Yes I know they always underachieve but this year their team is immensely good.
Also watch out for underdogs Poland and Russia, I think they'll do pretty well.
