Once the Raptors realize that trying to create an "international" team made up primarily of foreigners won't work, maybe they'll achieve something.
They are a mediocre NBA team at best, and would be an absolute joke if they were playing in the Western Conference.
What kind of idiotic GM would pay Jason Kapono that kind of money and draft Andrea Bargnani #1 overall?

Kapono is a great shooter and gets much love for being a Bruin, but if I'm an NBA General Manager, I don't put my team in a future bind like that by giving a role player like Kapono that type of contract.

Raptors started going down hill due to the selfish nature of TJ Ford after his come back from injury. He ruined all rapport and chemistry the starting unit had built with Calderon, and essentially forced his way into the starting lineup by not accepting his role off the bench.

compared to the todays contracts his contract aint that big. Also when you have a great center or power forward, you HAVE to surround him with great shooters. Who better then the absolute best 3-point shooter in the game???

In case you guys missed it, The ending of the game last night when KObe was ABSOLUTELY in DA ZONE!!! It was like men among boys!! A true showman with the whole blowing the smokes of the gun and putting it back in the holster!!

I just loved how the poor JR smith was trash talkin like a defenseless kid!! That was KObe truly at his best when he is absolutely unstoppable.
