analysis for nuggets:

anthony carter-basically space filler all year, i didnt mind him starting this year because of all the shit hes been through, but he couldnt do anything

iverson-he played well, had good shooting nights most games, but didnt get enough help. Also deferred too much to carmelo.
carmelo-the worst performance by a "star" player in a playoff series in recent memory. Absolutely dreadful. I seriously hope he gets traded.
JR Smith-the best player for the nuggets in the series. Great job. Before the playoffs there was no way he would be resigned, but he probably won himself a contract.
Kleiza-also great until the last game

Camby-got embarassed by gasol the first game, but made the necessary adjustments. However, he was HORRIBLE on offense.
Martin-did what he could on kobe, but like camby, HORRIBLE on offense
Nene-was great when he came back from cancer treatment, but then he strained his groin, and he didnt really come back from that.


btw i gained A LITTLE respect for kobe after that 4th quarter, especially that first jump shot that started his little run with martin ALL OVER him and the shot clock running out. That really won them the game and it was very impressive.

This is why Kobe is Kobe!! He has done this so many times.

Dont respect him just enjoy him cuz this is not gonna go forever. We are all spolied by his greatness and sometimes we dont see it cuz he is so consistently does that year after year

At the end of the series

Bosh-inconsistent throughout the series, was not the impact player he could have been and missed many shots he could have made, especially since hes been improving his inside game this season.
Bargnani-I was not impressed at all, he barely provided defensively and made some stupid decisions.
Ford-Never played like a true PG/Distributor, but he did play well at times but also made very careless decisions with his quick-shooting and rushing plays
Calderon-When in he seemed to make an immediate difference, played particularly well but since the team momentum died down he suffered aswell, came crucial in some situations though
Kapono-really shone this series, he played very well, and his shooting came in handy
Delfino-played solid utility basketball, was a very productive member of the team when on, didnt perform amazing but not poor either
Nesterovic-pretty non-existant, i think he only really got many minutes in the first game
Moon-MVP of the series, defensive hero and was really effective, hes a hustler and i want him to stay, sometimes took too many shots
Parker-didnt stand out for me..he was just out-hustled this entire series

for the most part i agree with your analysis but i think your really understating what CB did in this series. your right he missed some shots that he should have hit ( i dont recall too many and even so, everyone misses shots so you cant single him out for that), but the guy was shooting an unbelievable % at the line, as well as his outside game was on which really helped down the stretch. also, id say that 48% FG is very good and nothing bad at all. i dont think you can say he was inconsistant, because he was performing at a high level for the most part, but when the team started to struggle, that is when CBs game took a hit as well. i in some ways feel bad for him cause he gave it all he had and performed at a high level.

as for AP, i think his defense was good at times and made up for the lack of offense. his D on hedo near the end of the series was very good at times and stopping him (something andrea didnt do in the first few games of the series)
