The owner of that club is iranian: Abbas Bayat, in the lasts years he use bring up iranian players in his team, Dariush Yazdani, Merdhad Minavand, Mohamed Reza Mahdavi, for some reason he does not bring any iranians his team lately.
Btw the first iranian to ever play in Europe was in that team, Hossein Sadaghiani played with Charleroi from 1930 to 1933.
