its quite a good rule if it were put into practice. The striker would get the benefit of the doubt rather than the defence which would result in faster play and more goals.

Analysis
I didn't want to waste my time analysing ur crap suggestions but fine..:
First football shall be reduced to 10 men playing on the field this will allow for more space on the field for play. Yet players will have to become fitter and stronger to cover more ground. I believe such rule will solve the cramming up on defences which results in conservative boring play.
1-Teams will probably still use 4 defenders for security at the back.2- Players will get tired towards the end of the halfs from all that running and the pace of the game would become much slower and boring.
second offside will be increased to one metre , that is a player can be 1m ahead of the defender when recieving the ball and no more. If the linesmen feels that the player is more than a metre ahead he will rule the player offside. This will result in more goals and more exciting games.
1-It would be impossible for the linesmen to decide whether they are more than one metre or not. 2- Attackers would have a one metre head start in a chase and Is unfair to the defence. 3- Stronger teams would take advantage of this rule and score a lot to the weaker teams and it would turn into one-sided games. 4- Football is not some entertainment movie (applies to other stuff too).
3rd a player that recieves a red card will be allowed back on when the opposition scores a goal. The player will be allocated to a 'sin bin' when recieved a red card. However the player will still miss the next match when recieving a red card.
1-A player can just tackle someone as hard as they want and break the guys leg or stop a 100% goal chance and come back on??? 2- maybe a player gets a red card in the 5th minute and it ends 0-0 or they score 1 minute later???3-Coaches will target good players from the other team and tell players to injure them badly and come off and will be allowed on later. 4- A red card is for a serious offender of the games rules and someone who receives one should not be able to come back on. In a game like hockey or futsal the player has to be allowed back in coz there is only a small amount of players but in soccer 10 (as u said above) is enough. Lastly, even if the rule was good, the same player shouldn’t be allowed back on, a sub should be.
4th the punishement on diving will be ruthless so ruthless that players like cristiano ronaldo will not even think about diving again because it will cost them and their team. Depending on the severity of the dive a player can get a staight red card! And the player will miss 2 matches instead of one.
1-Agreed partly but then again some refs could favour a team, some might not see whether it’s a dive or not. All sorts of things could happen.
finally penalties will become a thing in the past. I believe penalties do not always result in a fair outcome which the better team wins. After 90min the 'golden goal' rule will come back on and in extra time there will be no offside which will determine a winner much sooner. This way the game is won on the field and not from the spot kick so the team with the most stamina and determination to win does so.
1-Lol no offside! Everyone lets just stand in the front and wait for the ball!. I don’t need to explain this one coz its so crap.(it would be good for Khatibi though) +By IRAN
You assume that th offside rule makes the game defensive. While to the contrary, the offside rule was made to encourage player to attack. if there was no offside rule every team would have to have at least 2 defenders standing next to their goal keeper all the time.

The good suggestion is allowing a sub in extra time which is not from you lol

yes players will get tired and therefore it will result in mistakes which will result in goals for each team. Thats why players should become fitter and stronger.

thats the whole point for it not to be so 'exact' .
The player can only come back on when the opposition scores. And he will still miss the next match. It would become more tactical.
referees would be trained to capture divers more efficiently and effectively.

considering most games that go into extra time end up in penalties I would rather for my team to lose or win on the field and not from some spot kick.
