yeah its 1-0 I see that but dont tell me that was not a penalty and it WAS intentional because he moved his hand downwards to control the ball.

REASON: if the hand didnt move or moved along with the body's movement then that would have been unintensional. But when the hand starts to move only when the bounced ball goes towrds the hand, that IS intensional
