wow thanks for keeping us updated Arash, and good to see Iran playing better now days....hope they win on the 6th and go to semi-finals and eventually win it all!!! zendeh baad Iran!
Actually we have, We have a very improving federation in Handball and our youth team last year played in the Youth World cup and finished 5th i belive
We have a Iranian from the Handball federation of Iran sitting in the International board of members of Handball kind of FIFA but in the Handball way
We have 2 Handball leagues in Iran, Iran Premier Handball league and Iran Division 1 Handball league
We have referee cources for Iranian Women referees who wish to become Refs in Handball
Its a improving sport in Iran, alot of effort being put into it
Which team does JABER ROUZBAHANI play for?
How is he doing? Is he close to the NBA at all??
He plays for Saba Battri if i am correct and he was on USA for a while actually tried out and stuff and they really praised him but still no contract over there
Anyway guys The quarterfinals will be played home and away style,
The first leg of the quarterfinals will be played March 13th and March 14th for the iranian clubs and the 2nd legs will be all the way in April

So he's in the same team as the other 2 black guys??
Is he any better?? I know they didnt pick him cuz he didnt know the game too well. Im hoping he gets better since he's playing with some americans
who is this guy? how many points rebounds assists steals blocks does he average??? I wanna play him....bring it on! too bad they dont get paid sh*t.
The Americans who play in Iran actually get average of around $250.000 every year
Iranian players who are national players with good profile get around 100K to 180K my cousin works in the Iranian basketball federation and he really praises it as a much better federation then IFF and its proffesional
Even though some clubs in Iran fail to pay payments to their players,
And he said the money they get paid over there is more then enough to live on he said,
And belive me Amir, This kid will kick ya ass, He is really good
I remember in the Asian basketball Championships he controlled that HUGE Chinese guy who plays in NBa like a rock in his fist
wow not bad pay at all....maybe that will be a second option for me if things dont work out here but I am on the rise and will not be giving up and up for ANY challenge. and wow how tall is that black guy?
After looking at Ekbatan's signature I see now Rouzbahani is 7'6'' you shouldve said so before Arash, I thought he was a little guy like myself....now thats a different story and no wonder you said he was blocking Yao from China it all makes sense now, and by the way at that height why is he not in NBA??? how old is he? thanks. I still wouldnt be scared to play him though.
it is the same story by football. you must have technique
actually not really the same with basketball....if you have tremendous height like that AND you know the basics of basketball (which Rouzbahani seems to know) you have a good shot!!!
for example look at Shawn Bradley (7'6'') Georghe Muresan (7'7'') and our own Utah Jazz's Greg Ostertag (7'2'') they all suck but made it through 10+ years in the NBA because of there height, trust me its the truth.

Yea but he lacks some basic things like;
Footwork and understanding proper game plays, He hasnt been trained right. He needs some work, you should contact him and try to help him get to the NBA.
