these just show the goals scored by strilkers.

wat about all the defenders and GK who did amazing saves? for exsample van der sar was amazing against italy. but there are no real statistics to award points to GK and defenders! wat about assissts? wat about DM role?


so u cant really see the contributors of GKs and defenders who play in the serei A, bundesliga, la liga, EPl, etc.

These statistics are not completely and very limited, so its wrong to make any conclusions based on only goals scored.

Northern Ireland defeated Spain as well during qualifying and their squad is basically in the Championship David Healy scored a hat trick against Spain when he was at Championship strugglers Leeds United
