When it 2-2, I thought yes we will go straight to penalties in a few minutes because of both sides not being able to get a tie breaker (same goal difference, same goals scored, head to head same)

but when it became 3-2 I was and then Volkan getting sent off (silly boy) with Tuncay as keeper - that would have been a sight if Czechs had equalised and then penalties - but it was not to be as the Turks made the best comeback in European international football in recent times

Much respect to Turkey. Watch the match at a sports bar with me Turkish boy. That place went INSANE after the second goal. You can imagine the third. Honestly, they had been quite disappointing over the past couple of years, losing and tying with teams like Malta. The Turkey I saw in the last 45 minutes today is night and day different then the one from the past two or so years. That comeback took balls. Would be very interesting to have Turkey be the Euro champs to go along with Iraq as Asian champs and Egypt as African champs. The Middle East is takin over . Good luck the rest of the way .

Im also a tiny bit turkish and i've been cheerign for them this whole time! unfortunitly i missed hte last 10 minutes of hte game!!!! but i was very happy ot see what they did i think aall us persians should cheer on our middle eastern brothers! viva Turkey viva Spain!
