del piero was probably the last kick taker...de rossi's was a good penalty, but casillas made a brilliant save as he went the right way and stretched to save it.

promblem with italy was their coach del piero was brought in way way too late and they were missing some players nd daniel guiza of spain is complete shit i dont know why he is on their national team i mean he missed tons of chances nd the penalty kick

It's not like whoever Donadoni asks to take the kick will accept. I am pretty sure he asked a couple of the "rigoristi" (regualr penalty takers) and they didn't want to take them, probably Del Piero, possibly Toni. De rossi said after the game "When the regular takers don't want to take them, i will". And i don't get this "last penalty taker" deal. I mean you should have your strongest takers go first because chances are there WON'T be a 5th penalty. So no, I don't think Del Piero was gonna take the 5th one.

grosso is a good setpiece taker.
toni and de rossi have missed some penalties lately in their teams, they shouldnt have taken any.

i would go with grosso, del pierro, comranesi, ambrosini and probably panuci.
