USA Mens Basketball Team squad announced

The Squad for the United States 2008 Olympic team was announced today..

The final 12 man roster is so..

Jason Kidd, Deron Williams, Chris Paul, Dwayne Wade, Kobe Bryant, Michael Redd, Lebron James, Carmelo Anthony, Chris Bosh, Tayshaun Prince, Carlos Boozer, Dwight Howard..

even though some players should have been included in my opinion (Amare Stoudemire over Boozer, Garnett over Prince (yea i know they play different positions)..) this is still easily the most talented team in the tournament and has skill coming from all ends

well see how badly they will screw up this time around lol

its funny watching the USA play european teams because you would expect them to dominate but even the centers and power forwards on the euro teams drain 3s like drinking water.

USA basketball is missing good shooters...now days most nba players cant even make jump shots and 3s...the US players are too used to layups, dunks, easy baskets, drawing fouls, etc...

Thats where european teams come up...cuz they can knock their baskets
just look at the lakers this year....besides kobe they had NO consistent scorers

i agree and disagree...american basketball players (except iverson) have no in between game, its all dunks/layups like you mentioned OR 3 pointers. Everything is either in the paint or beyond the arc.
