We know the champions so we no longer wait
What an event it was, what can I say
It left so many heartbroken and others in dismay
Where defending champs Greece
Were begging the refs: OH PLEASE!!
Where the men from Russia
Failed to tell their critics: HUSH-A!!
Where the men of Azzuri
Failed to match the Azeri
While the Turks and Azeri aren't really the same
To pick on me for this is very very lame!
Where the Zidane less group who spoke French
Proved yet one more time they only belong to the bench
Where in the world of football, the host swiss
Showed after all this time they still need a briss!
Where the land of Mozart
Left the scene Like a fatass Fart!!
Where the men of Dutch
When mattered the most where anything but clutch!
Where most people thought the germans
Were indeed the certains
But there could only be one
Which were the people mostly named Juan!
Where after 44 years of pain
It was finally the time for Spain!
