I know much like track and field, swimming is full of cutting edge doping which Iran does not have ! Let's hope these kids can continue to progress.

Sam vazhir, made history recently with several medal in asian cship.
He moved to Canada one year ago and Canada try to take him in their national team. He refused and want to keep on representing Iran, targeting a medal in LA2028 Olympics

Can Osmoy for Turkey supervize Iranian swimmers from our u20 these days.
According to his resume he works for Fenerbahce swimming club and also in the US.
Too early to predict the results but Iran seems serious about developing aquatics (swimming, water polo, diving) and announced targeting medal in asian games 2030 and Olympics 2032Comment

Samyar Abdoli who represented Iran at paris 2024 Olympics broke Iran short course in both 50m breakstoke and 50m freestyle.
His time for the first was 27s56 (world record is around 25s) and the second 21s97 (world record is around 20s).
There are rumors about Iran negiociating to send Abdoli to Michael phelps's coach academy. The coach also train a french swimmer that got several gold medals at Olympics 2024
