I couldn't find any thread on Hadadi so I opened this one. He is the top favorite for Olympic gold.

Although Rutger Smith (Dutch) said today that he will focus on shot put as in discus there are too many contenders.

The Olympic Discus throw event is on 16 August (qual) and 19 August (final). Until then more videos and news here.

i threw the shot and disc in highschool and yes, it's ALL about form, u'll see big guys go and AHHHHHH!!!!! throw the disc w/ everything they got, then a little tiny guy go up there w/ picture perfect form and throw it farther than all of em w/o an UMPH
