They should really just make a World Football League already, similiar to Volleyball Nations League.

Each league would have 20 teams. With 3 teams being promoted and relegated.
To avoid mass travel, team would meet for one full month, twice a year in a centralized location.

Of course it would never happen because clubs would never have it, but its what the world needs to save world football from destruction.

Both of them. They put the asian cup into the shadow, I have absolutely no reason to watch their shitshow, specially Iran TM doesn't participate. Who cares if Germany England or Italy win their tournament.

It might be bias on my part but the expanded groups really make the Euros boring for the first half.

In Asian cup, watching Tajikistan vs China or Australia vs India felt fun like a clash of cultures and playing styles

Nothing sounds more painful than watching a game like Poland vs Austria or Hungary vs Switzerland.

At least in Copa America any game the US/Mexico play in usually hype and South America is very deep already

Nearly half the teams make it now! It was truly an elite tournament with 16 teams.

Of course, I only watch football for Iran, I dont care anymore about the rest whatever the respective level. I am not concerned by the rest.
Our cup is maybe a shitshot but at least that's ours.

Btw maybe germany, spain and even croatia try to beat a 1/8 finalist of last asian cup

On a serious note, I dont understand why iranians search so much to follow other national teams with no connection with them. Specially National teams that have absolutely no added value for iran or its football, and that can be opponent in future wc.
