No. Iran did an excellent job this time. Green suites, lovely colour, pretty girls.. all representing the country very well!! I loved it!

I wasnt particularly impressed with the opening ceremony, during the morning coverage of the event the city looks gross with the smog and the ceremony itself was very traditional (which isnt a problem) but the way the chinese made it...with the thai chi and all that just wasnt appealing..the parade of nations was crap too...at least athens had tiesto spinnin...this was just a bunch of horns blown..i never heard the announcer on CBC say "the chinese have certainly done it" just like i have with Athens, Sydney ... etc.

I woke up early to watch this before work, and im always glad that Greece comes first lol
