there was a report on bbc some times ago where scientist compared several martial arts like speed, accuary, strenght, harm etc.
and they proved that a tae kwon do master can kick twice in less than a second (low kicks).
that's frickin fast tbh. just watch your clock and count.IRI's politics is no different than handling a pressure cooker ..... As the pressure builds up, you slowly let the steam out just a tad bit so that you don't see overflow, and once the pressure from below is less, you put the lid down again and raise the temperature.Comment
