Adesi jan, Alireza Heydari will not be competing. The sites you mention have got it all wrong...they even mention karami who also wont be competing.

99% chance that we get a medal here, 99% chance that we get just one!

I am very very confident that we will pick up a gold medal in the weightlifting and maybe even 2 in the freestyle wrestling.

On another note Im very disappointed by some of the other athletes performances so far. Not because they didnt win. But because their performances were EASILY much below their main peaks.

would be too sad if one of our wrestlers, wrestles with him and looses.

But we had something similiar in the previous Olympics or world cup, where one of our guys wrestled against an Iranian born US wrestler, and our guy won..thank god lol

yes I love Heydari too... he is 32 now. Last year he started coaching but then decided to wrestle again, then he changed his mind to coach again... (I thought he changed his mind once again to wrestle, due to this Chinese site..lol but thanks to Tashakor we know now he wont wrestle.)

In last olympics unfairly they didn let him to go to finals, and even for the fight on Bronze his opponent received two unjustified points. Heydari however came back and won 3:2.... He was a great Wrestler.
