Mehdi Taghavi won gold at the world championships in beijing in the 60 kg division last year. shit he has gained some weight lol. hope he can win a medal.

Taghavi has a very tough draw ahead of him. Once he beat the shit of the canadian guy he will face the winner of Cuba-Turkey. The turkish guy is the current european and world champion.

Dont count on him getting a medal and by the way he is only 21 years old. Indeed very young and inexperienced.

Meysam Joukar also has a very tough draw. After beating the Bulgarian guy in the first match he will face the 2006 world champion from Ukraine. Another fact about the Ukranian guy is that he also finished second in last years world chamiponships and has bigtime experience.

You are right but keep in mind your 2 gold for taghavi is youth and not senior. Almost all of our wrestlers have won medals in world YOUTH championships. Senior level is Completely different.

Barande shodane medale tala baraye Wrestling javanan in iran is a peace of cake. We are always in the first 3 team. He only has bronze in 2007 Asian. He is only 21 and winning 2 gold at this age is impossible.
