I just have always find Manchester City as a very annoying and meh club that disgraces this city no matter how 'local' the fans say they are...they are usually from the depressing districts of Didsbury, Altrincham, Chorlton and the city of Stockport so they are as 'local' as United fans from Salford, Trafford, Bury, and just about any place you can find in Greater Manchester.

I used to love city in the old wright-phillips days. I'll never forget the game they beat United 4-1 back in 2004.

There will be a top 5 clash in the EPL instead of a top 4, it will happen. You can't look at this game and conclude that Abu Dabhi's investment will not take the team anywhere. How can you expect a team with this many new players to come out and compete with the best team in the premiership in their first game? I think they showed a lot of promise and in the first game they are already miles ahead of where they were just a couple weeks ago.

In the winter transfer window they'll pick up a couple more players, and once they've all played together enough they will be a force to be reckoned with. It'll be a few years until they can make noise in champs league but just 1 or 2 until they can give the 'top 4' a run for their money.

And this will not be a Real Madrid case, I think Robinho is gonna enjoy himself at Man City and there is not a person in the world who will question SWP's devotion to the club.

And btw, who the hell are chelsea and man utd fans to say man city's gonna build a team of players who could care less for their club?! Anelka?!?! RONALDO?! Anelka never cared about any club he played for and Ronaldo clearly wants to leave man u.
