has there ever been a case where FIFA has overturned a decision and allowed a player to switch nationalities? i kno if a player has a strong and i mean STRONG case they could do it but i know of no such case

really? i remember him moving from arsenal to russia and kinda going off the radar there..and i dunno how strong of a case he could have had...thanks btw
