Well the article mentions Messi's release clause is €120 million. If Manchester City pays that clause, does that mean Barcelona must give him up??

^^ Man City have no problem paying the release clause, they're the richest club in the world and can offer any amount that isnt there problem. If they were to pay it then it would be Messi's decision and he won't leave.
