lol I believe it was because the Citi Bank my mom worked at in Vegas closed down, and the places to transfer were narrowed down to NC, ND, and Boise.
I went with my dad to check out boise, we didnt like it because honestly the whole city was white, we went to walmart and asked if there were any workers non-white, and the lady said "Yea, theres one down in the basement"
