EPL is not the best league....people like it cuz its more entertaining cuz of the speed and all...you can never say 1 league is better than the other...every week there's good games in each league.....i believe these 3 are the top leagues, but neither is better than the other, they're about the same; LA LIGA, EPL, SERIE A
