    Blackburn Rovers sack Paul Ince

Today Blackburn sacked manager Paul Ince. I'm not surprised since they're sitting 19th and 5 points away from 18th. It's not Ince's fault. Blackburn should not have signed him, coz his last 3 teams which he managed were all in League 1 and League 2. He doesn't have experience for EPL.

    Paul Ince Sacked By Blackburn

Paul Ince has been 'relieved of his duties' at Ewood Park, with the Blackburn Rovers' board terminating his contract this morning, following a board meeting yesterday....

Rovers currently sit only one place from the bottom of the Premier League table after a run of 11 games without a win.

Paul Ince has not managed to inspire a victory since the last weekend of September, and the side have accrued only 13 points to date in the league, winning only three times.

The former England captain's future has been shrouded in doubt for the past few weeks, with his position becoming all but untenable following a 3-0 defeat to Wigan Athletic on Saturday.

There had been some positive sounds coming from Ewood Park prior to the fixture, with manager and squad putting on a united front in the quest for points.

However, the nature of Rovers' latest defeat, together with the club's sixth league reverse in a row, is thought to have irked the chairman John Williams, who convened with his board yesterday.

The axe has been wielded at Ewood Park, and focus will now turn to securing a permanent replacement for Ince, who has been in charge for only six months.

A statement from Williams on the official Blackburn Rovers website reads: "Three wins in 17 games has seen a squad, which finished seventh last season, fall to 19th position. We are currently in real danger of becoming detached from the pack.

"The survival of the club in the Premier League is paramount and our focus now is on finding a replacement who will be able to maintain our top division status.

"Paul will bounce back, he is a fighter and we wish him well."

The frontrunner for the post is currently former Rovers manager Graeme Souness, with veteran midfielder Tugay lined-up for a number two role.

I feel sorry for him. His best players were sold in the begining of the season and he was never given the money to spend.
But he'll get a job somewhere else soon.

^^ He will fit in great at Blackburn. They're still trying to fix the problems Ince put them in. Ando will fit nicely into the squad. They also need a good striker to play alongside Santa Cruz. McCartney and Roberts (the # 30 guy) are having a shit season.
