TEHRAN, Feb. 2 (MNA) -- The president of the Asian Tennis Federation, Anil Khanna, will come to Tehran to have discussions with officials of the Iranian Physical Education Organization (PEO) and the National Olympic Committee(NOC).
Khanna, who travels to Tehran on February 20, will be accompanied by Col. R.M. Sharma, the Asian Tennis Federation executive director, on this trip.
Tennis has continually progressed in Iran over the past years. This is while Iranian women tennis players have participated in the world tournament held in Perth, Australia, with hijab (head and body covering).
