i look forward to this...


i remember last year we pretty much won the whole thing, there was like 1 american who got first place in 74 kg and then they got a 3rd place in 96kg....but the 120kg iran won places 1-6

yea but i dont know where to find them....it was all positive...they treated the american wrestlers very good and they were very happy with Iranian fans

Iran first in `Takhti Cup' Greco-Roman wrestling; US wrestler wins gold

Iran kept the trophy at home as it was crowned on Friday in the 22nd international Greco-Roman wrestling event, Takhti Cup, commemorating the victory anniversary of the Islamic Revolution, IRNA reported from Sanandaj.
Pitting 57 Greco-Roman wrestlers, Iran collected 67 points to rank first.

Syria finished runner-up with 58 points and the two teams of Azerbaijan and the United States stood third and fourth with 37 and 17 points respectively.
