On Hamed Haddadi:
“He has surprised me in the way that he is playing in the games. There have been times in practice that he has shown that he can contribute. It is nice to see a young player develop and come along. To be able to put him in the game and have confidence that he will contribute in a positive way. He brings a little athleticism in the frontline that we don’t really have. He blocked a shot or two and he jumps for rebounds over the rim. He’s big, he’s a physical guy. He’s a hard-body guy.”
^yet he only plays him like 5 minutes a game....psh babe harfe khali nazan
At least he plays him. Iavaroni's punk ass didn't play him at all. I'm glad Hollins is the coach. Hamed is a rookie with little NBA experience. Once he improves, he'll get more minutes. Rome wasn't built in a day. Now that Hollins has seen he produces and is effective, he's starting to play him more.

The funny part is, all the criticisms against him have been that he's not fast enough or athletic enough, he's not physical enough for his size, and that he lacks the muscle and strength to be a solid center. Then his coach comes out and literally says the exact opposites.
Without a doubt part of his statements were an indirect criticism of Marc Gasol by saying that Hamed brought athleticism that "we don't really have". Then he mentioned the shot blocking and jumping for rebounds over the rim, 2 issues that Gasol is below average at for a 7 foot guy his size. Another ironic part is that Darko is probably one of the most athletic and versatile 7 footers in the NBA today. The coach must be really displeased with them.
Yeah Babak i agree with you on Darko he is a solid 7 footer.
I dont see why they keep starting Paul Gasol if you start Hamed he will score 20 points a game for you aswell.
GAY IS JUST GAYYYYYYYYYYYYYY for not playing Haddadi enough
EDIT: I beleive that Haddadi is one of the best rebounder's in the league, if you give him enough playing time he will get more boards then Dwight Howard
