About the Fisher-Scola incident, since when can a man who is 6'1 200lbs throw another man who is 6'9 230lbs that effortlessly?

Fisher tried to level him out yes, but Scola did a great acting job. If he didn't, then I guess Fisher is the strongest man in the world
