I've always liked Karl since his days at Supersonics ... my man Shawn Kemp was the SH*T back in the day ...that guy had the tools to be the best power forward EVER ... but he messed it up ... but he's making sure the next generation of Kemp (dude has over 12 children) will keep the Kemp name strong

AI is a perennial loser. The dude single-handedly ruined the team basketball approach of the Pistons and they failed this year because of him and his self-destructive nature.

The difference between this loss and the cavs loss is that Kobe made all of his shots and free throws down the stretch and others like Gasol and Ariza didn't.

In the cavs game, Everyone else made their shots down the stretch and Lebron was the one who missed 2 free throws

Anyways I think the lakers are out because nobody except Kobe is playing hard. and with the nuggz they are all playing and competing. But if the lakers somehow make it through. I hope it is the cavs and not the magic. The lakers have no answer for howard the way Bynum and Gasol are playing.

As MAGIC Johnson said before the game started: Bynum needs to wake up. Gasol needs to play harder and Odom needs to be more consistent. I dont think it will happen. But I say this one more time. Hats to Chauncey Billups!! What an upgrade from allen iverson!!

nypimp, I watched that 50 point AI game. They werent playing any defense and they were losing by a bunch. If AI was there right now, the nuggz might have not even made it to the playoffs. Ask Detroit people. I am sure they have an opinion!

Lebron's teammates were hitting shots at the end? wasn't it West who missed a wide open 3? LeBron had 8 points less than the rest of his team combined...and 8 assists on top of that. LeBron accounted for over 70% of the teams offensive production...

LeBron can't take plays off like Kobe, and while Kobe is guarding the 2 or 3, Lebron is guarding the 1, 2, 3, 4 and yes even the 5...and the Cavs didn't get as many fast break points as the lakers did...not to mention the guy has been off for 8 days...

if im not mistaken it was Kobe mishandling the ball which led to the jump ball
