Since Iran didn't make it to the 2010 FIFA World Cup (not that we deserved to make it either, in my opinion), I'll definitely be supporting the "Nojavanan" in this year's U-17 World Cup. I believe they have the potential to become Team Melli stars in a few years time. Let's hope they do well.

The 2009 FIFA U-17 World Cup is the thirteenth tournament of the FIFA U-17 World Cup. It is officially confirmed by FIFA that the tournament will held in Nigeria from October 24 to November 15, 2009.

im not sure if they will. i know they broadcast team melli and ipl games, but im not sure if they broadcast the younger teams. it may be shown on the arabic satellite channels. theres still a few months left til the world cup, so i dont know what broadcasting rights have been given. livesoccertv (the link in the post) will show what channels will show the games as we get closer to the tournament

yeah i think theyre gonna set the groups a few months before the tournament starts, since its not a huge tournament.
