First, I thought I was posting this on the Football Forum. It would be good if one of you guys move it to the proper place.

Second point, you can - and it looks like you will, have your Branco forever, or for as long as your heart desires. Even if he gets replaced, it will be with one of even a less competent, home made coaches. It seems we are doomed to live with incompetents.

this is exactly the point. i am sure 99.99% of the football fans will be extremely happy if we can replace branko with likes of wenger, hiddink, mourinho, etc.

the point is that if branko is sacked we are going to get a worse coach, and thats why people support him.

Actually at this point I support him too. I think we are utilizing only a fraction of his capabilities. Our major problem is the lack of organization and planning in IFF. If we plan right I beleive TM could do a decent job.

Replacing him would be helpfull only if we bring a true top level coach with full authority and support him with a world class plan. Now it is too late for this.

The best we can hope for is for IFF to have a solid plan between now and the WC. But, it is proven over and over that IFF is not capable of doing it.

At this point IFF is the constraint not him. You should first remove - or resolve - the constraint. Then adding additional capacity would help. Not now.
