Haddadi's Las Vegas NBA Summer League Thread

NBA Summer League in Vegas runs from July 10-19th, as sort of a mini training camp in preparation for the regular season. Usually the teams are made up of rookies and 2nd year players, along with undrafted free agents hoping to catch on with an NBA team.

Hamed is on the Memphis roster this summer along with their star rookie Hasheem Thabeet. First game is at 5pm Pacific time today. He needs to take advantage of his experience from last year to really dominate and show what he can do during the 5 games his team plays, which shouldn't be hard considering he will be playing against inferior talent since only a few guys from each of these teams will actually make a final NBA roster.

If you're an NBA junky like me, you can pay 14.99 to watch all the summer league games online at www.nba.com , or if you're lucky you might be able to find a free stream somewhere, which is frequently the case.

Yea they're all at the UNLV campus and I think you can get tix to each game for 10-15 bucks. My friends went to a few games last year and had a great time. A lot of random NBA players, coaches, and GM's are sitting there watching in attendance as well.
