^that's funny shit considering how haddadi owned him so bad and he's one of taipei's center he scored like what? 2 points

but the other taipei center with long hair was OK and scored few but Haddadi still owns

guys Taipei just beat Kuwait 73-51. Kuwait beat Uzbeks 69–64 so they must suck and Iran should stroll past them with using other players that won't get time to play later vs. Big teams. Haddadi, Bahrami, Kamrany, and co will still play a part but not that much when Iran is winning comfortably into 2nd quarter so our main players don't get injured.

Tommorow Iran plays Kuwait and I'm guessing same thing in that one.

This is a group of 4. Top 3 Advance into a group of 6. More info on this. Here:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FIBA_As...mpionship_2009

Jordan who beat beat Lebanon recently 84-67 have this sick black player they basically bought from USA, his names Rasheim Wright.

China is also very very dangerous this year even without Yao Ming. I watched them vs Australian All Stars they played in friendly twice and both times they outclassed the Aussie All Stars winning 10 points + and I can tell you China play better than Iran.

Iran are defending and everybody wants to them. Haddadi and Bahrami are the key soles to this team. Whenever Iran is down like last night, these 2 guys step it up and do IT. Other than that IRAN really needs to step it up to get 3rd or better.

Jordan and China are teams that are also definitely favorites to win and I say this being neutral and not biased/negative on Iran.

Some other teams Iran needs to pass to this tournament to at least get third or better are Korea (they beat us in William Jones Cup and we didn't have Haddadi but they didn't have a coach and their talented 2.23 meter player who was in NBA for Blazers and then went to D-league and I'm not sure where he is now but Haddadi's better )

the other teams are Qatar (lol they have mostly foreign players and they're alright and understand/better than Basketball than most Asian team players)

and there's also Lebanon that are good but Iran should beat them if they don't flop.

ok it seems from live score it's 40-33 Iran vs Uzbeks.

Uzbeks are not that great so my guess as I said is Iran is playing 2nd string mostly. we will see more when stats come out.
