my league with people form our school has 50+ in it.

the rules on transfers is that you are allowed to make one transfer a week, if you do not make this transfer it will carry on to the next week but after that its gone. So at any week you will at most be allowed 2 transfers.

however, you can make unlimited transfers but any transfers you make will cost you 4 points. So if your allowed one transfer this week and you make three, you will lose 8points.
