thats just a dumb move if the bulls get him
Arroyo joining the Bulls?
Point guard Carlos Arroyo(notes) is apparently coming back to the NBA from playing overseas. Last season, he led Maccabi Tel Aviv to an Israeli Premier League Championship and got himself the honor of being named MVP of the Finals. Now HoopsWorld is saying that he's about to sign a one-year deal with the Chicago Bulls.
But the Daily Herald says there is no way that the Bulls will sign Arroyo since it already has four point guards -- Derrick Rose(notes), ***k Hinrich(notes), Jannero Pargo(notes), and Lindsey Hunter(notes) - under contract and not a lot of salary-cap room to work with. Plus, the Daily Herald claims, the team hasn't even discussed internally bringing in Arroyo.
Whatever the case, Arroyo is looking to add another NBA team to his list of five in seven years.
