fifa wont, its a personal choice, these people who die of heart attacks always know that they are risking their lives on the pitch, a 10 percent chance of dieing is a small price to pay for having extreme riches, you know that former arsenal player Kanu??? he has a similar problem aswell, but he didnt die and due to taking a risk now is very rich. The espanyol captian made the choice, he made the gamble , he knew about his heart condition, it went wrong and he died. RIP
