Torres = Drogba (Torres is 7 years younger though & Drogba is inconsistent)

however, Chelsea's bench is better than Liverpool's

Zhirkov > Riera

and Ivanovic > Insua

Chelsea's depth is better, but Liverpool's starting eleven is better, when all their players are fit

no. benayoun is waaaaaaaaaay better. cole might be a little bit better on defence, but kuyt is waaaaaay better on offence. cech is not better AT ALLLLL. And i forgot....what teams wanted Essien?.....thats what i thought...

just so you guys know, other than persian boy's like first post, no one has given a reason why any of those players are better than the liverpool players...
Pepe reina has won the golden gloves 3 years. Cech has won it once.

oh and just so you know Inter were after Essien As I said before, Essien is better then ALL of liverpools midfielders except for Gerrard

Cech was absolutely embarrassing last year. He was the reason Cech lost to Turkey in euro's, I respect him a lot, but after that incident with Stephen Hunt, he is not himself anymore.
but I still rank him higher than Almunia.
on the other hand Reina is the unluckiest keeper in the world who is always overshadowed by Casillas.
plus Reina is an attacking threat. 4 assists last year is an awesome stats for a keeper, and Reina is now back to his best after having a few shaky months (watch Liverpool's 2 games this season, he was terrific in both).

I am a member of Chelsea fan group on facebook, and the Liverpool player they admire the most is Yossi. They alwyas say why we bought Malouda in 2007 and 'Pool got Yossi for 1/3 of price and still better player. Yossi is just under-rated however Malouda is a great player when in form.

I would say J.Cole is better than Kuyt offensively, but Kuyt gives 110% and is defensively awesome. as a right winger he scored 14 goals last season and assisted 10. only Robinho and CR7 did better than him if we consider CR as a winger.


and about Mascherano and Essien, It's very even. Masch is 24, and captain on Argenitina's national team. you see he was absent and Chelsea bet Liverpool 3-1. Masch only weakness is goalscoring, but he is DM after all. I rate them even, maybe Essien is better by a very very tiny edge

Carvalho is in his 30s man. he featured only in 12 games last year. Hiddink wanted to sell him. He used to be beast though. i admit
