There is goal line technology. There is a chip in the ball that beeps when the ball fully crosses the line. I think they use it in the World Cup.

you dont even need goal line technology. just a small monitor on the side line where the 4rth ref can instantly check the instant reply. the reason they dont want to do this makes it really suspicious...

i agree with the goal line technology and i think the monitor is ok. i think the goal line chip in the ball and posts is a great idea, and itll let the refs know if theres a goal or not. the monitor shouldnt be used by the fans, only for tv purposes.

no they only tested it out in the club world cup. its not official yet. neither is the monitor

Hi there,
I could not see the vid at work but I think we need both:
goal line technology and excellent ref's.
every time in these cases the smallest team are penalized
as the Rugby uses the camera why the football doesn't use it...
